The Journey of Smart Transformation of Schools
The Barauni Smart School Transformation report highlights AIDENT’s work to make government schools cleaner, safer, and more engaging places for children. Classrooms were upgraded with better lighting, furniture, and art, along with improved toilets, handwashing spaces, and green areas. Teachers and students were trained to maintain these changes, making learning joyful and lasting.
Holistic Rural Development Program (HRDP)
This report captures AIDENT’s implementation of the Holistic Rural Development Project (HRDP) under HDFC Bank’s Parivartan initiative in Palamu, Jharkhand. It documents progress across livelihoods, SHG formation, enterprise development, organic farming, water and irrigation solutions, health, hygiene, and education. Through data, stories, and learnings, it showcases how community-led development drives lasting rural transformation.
Empowering Communities: Biodigesters for Clean Cooking in India
This report captures AIDENT’s collaboration with Forward7, Sistema.bio, and Sudha Dairy to promote clean cooking in Bihar’s Begusarai and Lakhisarai districts. By installing 413 biogas plants and training families, the initiative provided clean fuel to 2,500 people, improved health, empowered women, and reduced emissions—showcasing how biogas can drive sustainable rural energy transitions.
Stories of Parivartan
This report presents the journey of AIDENT Social Welfare Organisation’s Holistic Rural Development Programme (2021–2025) in Palamu, Jharkhand, supported by HDFC Bank. Through integrated efforts in education, healthcare, livelihoods, and natural resource management, the initiative transformed 15 villages empowering communities, fostering resilience, and showcasing sustainable rural progress through real stories of change.
