Mr. Birendra Kumar
General Secretary.
A Hindu College and Patna Science College Alumni, Birendra Kumar is with Aident since it very beginning. He is very passionate about working with the most marginalized and has been working with some of the most marginalized communities of Jharkhand, Bihar and Odisha. A firm believer in community’s capacity to change its fortune he has been part of some of the most successful mobilization for sustainable sanitation, women empowerment, agriculture, livelihood, digital inclusion and education. Birendra is a hands-on colleague who is never away from the action. Under his leadership Aident has grown its capacity to a level where it has become scale and geography agnostic and is poised to reach greater heights.
Mr. Kumar Ranbir
Treasurer
Kumar Ranbir is a management graduate from BIT Mesra, He did his earlier education from Patna Science College. A man of numbers and technology , he has been in the forefront of developing systems and processes to make sure that Aident is in tune with new and emerging demands at this front. He is the driving force behind the new communication strategy of Aident.
Apart from developing a very robust financial system he has also led some of the biggest programmes in the field of child labour eradication, running alternative education centres for dropout children. In last few years he has also focussed on integral rural development with particular emphasis on rural infrastructure. He is known among his colleagues for his passion to deliver on time and go beyond the purview of project to make it more humane and impactful.
Mr. Amit Kumar
Secretary
An alumnus of Kirori Mal College Amit Kumar is a health freak and naturally has been in the forefront of Aident’s forey in health sector. Starting with the HIV/AIDS initiative, under his leadership, Aidents has worked across sectors like TB, Hepatitis B & C, Lymphatic Filariasis,Kalazar, Menstrual hygiene and Reproductive Child Health with some remarkable success.Amit’s man management and operational skills come to the fore while implementing multi state initiatives, cutting across cultures and geographies. Today, because of his initiative, Aident has a human resource data base which could be envy of any other organisation and become a source of strength for the organisation.
