Geetanjali is the Founder of Khamaaj, where she is building a vibrant digital platform to preserve and celebrate India’s folk music traditions. With over two decades of leadership in the social sector, Geetanjali has expanded the reach and impact of programs at CHILDLINE India Foundation and at ARMMAN, a maternal and child health organisation. She currently serves on the boards of Apnalaya (urban poverty), Vihaan and Missing Link Trust (anti-trafficking), and TNS India Foundation (youth upskilling). She supports mission-driven organizations in designing programs, planning for growth, and building safe and inclusive work environments. Geetanjali holds an MA in Social Work and an LL.M. in Human Rights, and is also certified in Music Therapy.

Dr. Navneet Anand is a media and communications professional with over 25 years of experience across journalism, academia, corporate communications, and public affairs. He is the Founder of GreyMatters Communications & Consulting and Editor-in-Chief of *Bureaucrats India*, a leading platform highlighting governance and bureaucracy. A columnist, blogger, and commentator, he has advised governments, security forces, political parties, and institutions including the World Bank, ILO, and UNICEF. He holds a PhD in Sociology of Media from JNU.

Dr. Nikhil is a Development Economist with over 33 years of experience in research, consulting, programme management, and advocacy across social protection, agriculture, food and nutrition security, skilling and employment, gender, climate resilience, governance, and ICT4D. 

He has worked with Delhi University, National Labour Institute, the World Bank, UN World Food Programme, EY, TCS, and Cornell University (TARINA). He has advised UNICEF, ILO, UN Women, GIZ, IIED, KfW, and government ministries, and currently leads Sustainable Outcomes Pvt. Ltd. while working as an independent consultant.

Tejas is a Chartered Accountant with 25 years of experience in working with the social sector in India. She has worked as a consultant and advisor to NGOs and social enterprises for financial management strategy, accounting and legal compliance. In addition to being a CA, she has studied non-profit Management from Entrepreneurship Development Institute, Gandhinagar.  She is the Founder of Avkaash, a solutions organisation supporting social enterprises. She has extensive experience mentoring entrepreneurs and working with investors, CSR donors, and international funding organisations.
