Celebrating 23 years of its existence, Team Aident, Which started its journey of learning, partnering and acting with community, from teaching kid under a shade, in a slum, has been working in the field of Health, Education, Sanitation, livelihood and Women Empowerment. In this eventful journey of one and half decade it has touched the lives of more than 3 millions of people, particularly, tribal, women, LGBT, endangered community like Pahadia of Jharkhand, child labor, dropout children, street children, spread over Seven states - Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Uttrakhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand, trying to ensure the inalienable rights of the most marginalized sections of society by mobilizing, sensitizing, strengthening, empowering masses to make them a strong partner and beneficiaries of the developmental process.
